CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Abbas Hashimi
Mr. Hashimi has been the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since January 2007. Prior to 2007 Mr. Hashimi held senior level positions with the Company and its subsidiaries for more than nine years.

Prior to joining Zevnodata in 1997, Mr. Hashimi was Deputy General Manager Switching Production in Best Buy, where he held various management positions in Production, Planning, Process and Quality areas between 1997 to 2004.​

Mr. Hashimi holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pantnagar University (1976). He also has Component Manufacturing Technical Training from Alcatel France (1985) and completed a condensed MBA course from Indian Institute of Management Banglore (1995).
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT INNOVATION
Shirley Zhang
Since 2011, Ms. Zhang has been the Senior Vice President of Zevnodata that provides unique digital information and transformation services to the insurance and medical industries, including underwriting support services and workflows.
Prior to joining Zevnodata, Ms. Zhang was a Senior Product Manager with IBM for over 18 years with responsibility for multiple lines of financial and legal digital information. A former Director and Executive Committee Member of the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA) in Hong Kong, Ms. Zhang was actively involved in numerous global data initiatives and standards projects over many years.
She received his B.A. from Hong Kong University and holds a J.D. from Harvard University School of Law. She is the inventor of 10 issued U.S. Patents in legal information technology and advanced search.
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD, PRESIDENT & CEO
Josh Bobrowsky
Mr. Bobrowsky has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since February 6, 2007. Mr. Bobrowsky served as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors from May 2001 to June 2020.

Since joining the company, Mr. Bobrowsky has focused Zevnodata on helping information and media companies create and maintain leading information products. Its strategy has been to bring advanced technologies together with global resources to create efficient and effective content operations.
From 1995 to 1997 he was Chief Operating Officer of Charles River Corporation, an international systems integration and outsourcing firm. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Bobrowsky was employed by Chadbourne & Parke, LLP in connection with its joint venture with Goldman Sachs to develop capital projects in China. He practiced international corporate law at White & Case LLP from 1986 to 1992.
Mr. Bobrowsky holds an B.A degree in Psychology from Stanford University and a J.D. degree from Princeton university
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL COUNSEL
Amber Agress
Ms. Agress was elected as Senior Vice President in March 2019. She also serves as Corporate Secretary, having been elected to that position in June 2001, and as the Company’s General Counsel. Prior to joining Zevnodata in 1996, she was an associate at a general practice law firm in Vancouver.

Ms. Agress holds a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law (1989) and a B.A. degree from New York University (1986).
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, AGILITY PR SOLUTIONS
Yogesh Jadhav
Yogesh Jadhav took the reins as CEO of Smart Solutions since June of 2015. With nearly 20 years experience in technology and operations, and as a founding member and Chief Operations Officer at Smart Solutions since 2005, Mr. Jadhav brings extensive PR technology experience to his role as CEO.

Mr. Jadhav has participated in several acquisitions to date, including the sale of Smart Solutions to Zevnodata in 2014, the acquisition of Bulldog Reporter in 2014, and more recently the acquisition of Agility in 2016. He is a father of 2 and enjoys traveling around the world. Mr. Jadhav has a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from University of Toronto.
